We stopped in Ames for the first time back on June 28th, when Archer was 13.5 months old, and I took Archie and Avie to the park. I kept thinking that Archie was doing a karate yell with his hands and all, until I finally realized as Avie kept running ahead of us, he was yelling at her to stop, which I'm sure he has heard me yell many times. He even puts his hands up to his mouth as if he is calling to her. It was very cute! And this was his first official word. Way to go Archie!
