On January 12th, Archer's 8 month birthday, he pulled up for the first time. He is always crawling up to us now and asking to stand up, as in the picture above. So it's no surprise that he has figured it out for himself. It's only been 5 days and he is already pulling up on everything now including the couch, ottoman, step stools and the activity table. The videos below were taken the first time we saw him pull up.
In this video Mommy was a little too busy taking video, but you'll be glad to know that Archer is fine. Since then, he has had many falls as he is quite a dare devil and he thinks he can do anything. He often lets go entirely thinking that he can stand already. I'm sure it won't be too long.
